Hello, I’m Lucía, a licensed general health psychologist and couples therapist. I specialize in clinical sexology, self-esteem, anxiety, eating disorders, and LGBTQ+ psychology. I am part of the Sara Renart psychology team.
From a very young age, I felt the calling to become a psychologist, even before fully understanding what this profession involved. Thanks to my training and professional experience, I can confirm every day that I chose the right path.
Active listening, empathy, and sensitivity are intrinsic to who I am, and from these pillars, I carry out my work with deep respect for both this discipline and each person I accompany in their therapeutic process.
I work from a constantly evolving integrative approach, allowing me to adapt various techniques and tools to the unique needs and situations of each individual. I address emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and physiological dimensions, understanding mental health through a broad, holistic perspective.
I believe it’s essential to offer a safe, judgment-free space where we can explore what hurts, worries, or keeps us from emotional well-being. Therapy is not only a place to resolve problems or difficulties, but also a space to reconnect with oneself.
