Hi, I’m Camino García Sánchez, a licensed general health psychologist. I’m part of the therapeutic team at SARA RENART.

Supporting people has been present in my life since I was very young, and that vocation led me to train as a psychologist. Being able to do so professionally is, for me, something deeply rewarding.

I specialize in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and EMDR for trauma treatment. I build my practice from an integrative approach with a systemic foundation, understanding distress not only through individual history, but also through the bonds and systems that surround us.

I work with people who have been through difficult experiences or who feel stuck, helping them recognize their own resources and their capacity to heal. I consider myself especially skilled in addressing self-esteem difficulties, relationship breakups, emotional regulation, and couple/partner relationships, among other areas.

I believe in the importance of a therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect, and humility as a starting point for change.

For me, therapy is a safe space to look with respect at the marks life leaves behind—those that sometimes weigh on the body and mind, even when they aren’t always visible—in order to understand their origin and transform them into a source of strength.
Each process is unique, and my commitment is to walk alongside you so that you can understand yourself, care for yourself, and move forward at your own pace.
