Hello, I’m Beatriz Escolano, a licensed general health psychologist.
I’ve always known that psychology was my path. For me, the human mind is like exploring a map — each person has their own route, with difficult roads, unexpected detours, and landscapes that can be hard to look at. My role is to accompany you on this journey, helping you understand what’s holding you back and guiding you toward new ways forward.

I work from an integrative approach, combining tools from different therapeutic modalities to adapt to each person’s needs.
I am an expert in Eating Disorders (ED), Trauma, Grief, Body Image, Anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress.
I have also specialized in EMDR, an effective and widely researched method that works with the patient’s innate information processing system to relieve the impact of past experiences and transform limiting beliefs.

Therapy is a close, non-judgmental space where we address what hurts and also find tools to move forward with greater clarity and balance.
