Hello, I’m Paula, a licensed general health psychologist specialized in family and couples therapy, with a systemic orientation. I am part of the SARA RENART psychology team.

For years, I have accompanied individuals, couples, and families in transforming their stories, healing through connection, and reframing conflicts as opportunities for joint growth.

I firmly believe that human beings cannot be understood in isolation. We are born, grow, and evolve with others. That is why my approach focuses not only on the individual, but also on the systems they belong to, paying special attention to recurring patterns, invisible loyalties, and family dynamics that sometimes trap us without our awareness.

Throughout my professional practice, I have specialized in issues such as couple crises and relational conflicts, dysfunctional communication and breakups, family difficulties and inherited dynamics, emotional dependence and self-esteem, grief and life transition processes, as well as individual therapy from a systemic perspective, among others. I am also bilingual and offer therapy in Spanish, English, German, and French, adapting the therapeutic process to the language in which the person feels most comfortable and safe.

My therapeutic work is a space of respect, active listening, and transformation—a safe place to explore wounds, strengthen resources, and restore connections.
